Arabia was voted “Best Arab Cuisine Cook book in the World” at the prestigious Gourmand Cuisine Book
Awards, in Paris, at the Comedie Francais, which is situated opposite the Louvre.
Delicious, popular, triple-tested recipes all are accompanied with luscious photography. Jessie
conceived and designed the page layout of A Taste of Arabia and directed the photography. Each
food photograph is designed fit the page layout to give this small format book a luxurious, quality gift
appeal.
Many of the recipes are Al Khaleeji or Gulf in origin, several are from the shores of the
Eastern Mediterranean but all the recipes are a personal, modern interpretation of these timeless regional
cuisines.
Suggestions are made for substitute ingredients, for example dried limes, which may not
be available to you may be substituted with lemons and/or fresh limes.

and beyond.
